Accessibility

Accessibility statement

Accessibility is part of how BFF works, not something added afterward.

Our goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control.

What we’ve built in

  • High-contrast text and buttons, and large, readable type
  • Plain-language navigation and simple page structures
  • Visible keyboard focus and a “Skip to main content” link
  • Information never communicated by colour alone
  • Descriptive text alternatives for images
  • Forms with visible labels and clear error messages
  • Large click and tap targets
  • Animations that stop when your device is set to reduce motion

Accommodations

If you need information in another format, in another language, or with interpretation, tell us in the Get Support form or contact us directly. French access can be supported through translated materials, technology-assisted communication and human interpretation where appropriate.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this website doesn’t work for you, please let us know at info@biofeedbackfoundation.com or (403) 714-0739. We’ll work to fix it and to get you the information another way.
